The Marshfield Area Big Brothers Big Sisters organization is looking for more Big Brothers and Big Sisters for their waiting Littles. For over 50 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Wisconsin (BBBSCW) has offered unique one-to-one Mentoring Programs that focus on friendship and no cost/low-cost opportunities for the youth that reside in Portage County and the Marshfield area.  

BBBSCW is committed to providing a Big for all children in our service area who need and want a mentor. Children referred to our program come from many walks of life. Some of our Littles have an absent parent, some are being bullied by peers, and others have a parent that must work 2-3 jobs to provide for their family. While every child’s story is unique, their commonality is they all need a consistent support system.

Our organization needs more Mentors so all Littles waiting for a Big can be matched.  You have the potential to inspire a child!  All you need is the excitement and ability to role model positive behavior, while doing ordinary, everyday activities.  Please consider becoming a positive role model to a child in need.
