OUR STAFF TEAM
ROB SNITKO
LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Rob joined the Faith Fellowship team in the fall of 2020. He holds a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation and is passionate about helping people grow in a deep, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. Rob is committed to faithful, biblical preaching that encourages and equips people to follow Jesus wholeheartedly. He also has a heart for seeing the love of Christ transform lives throughout our local community.
Before coming to Faith Fellowship, Rob served in a variety of ministry roles in the Chicago area, providing leadership in small groups, student ministry, and guest connection ministries. His diverse ministry experience and shepherd's heart continue to shape the life and mission of our church.
Rob and his wife, Maggie, have been married for more than a decade and are the proud parents of three children: Ryle, Liv, and Ever. In addition to his pastoral ministry, Rob enjoys writing and has been published in several academic journals and has written four books.
kYLE KANN
next gen pastor
Pastor Kyle serves as the Next Gen Pastor at Faith Fellowship. Over the years, Kyle has faithfully served our church in many different roles. He and his wife, Angie, were married here, and Kyle has been involved in worship ministry, children's ministry, youth ministry, and even served as one of our elders.
When God called Kyle into vocational ministry, he returned to school to pursue ministerial training while continuing to serve wherever he was needed—preaching at youth gatherings, leading worship and prayer services, and investing in the life of our church. Throughout that journey, no one knew where God would lead him next. What a joy that He led Kyle right back here to Faith Fellowship!
Kyle and Angie are blessed with two wonderful daughters, Grace and McKenzie.
DAN BORGO
WORSHIP ARTS pastor
Pastor Dan moved to Marshfield from Northwest Indiana in 2019 to join our staff as our worship arts director. Dan has a heart to cultivate life-transformational times of worship: to see God glorified, people drawn to Jesus, the Gospel placed on their hearts, and lives transformed in His name. He also brings with him a heart to raise up the next generation of worshippers and leverage his gifts in audio, graphic design, photography and videography for the kingdom of God. Before his time with us, Dan spent 11 years in ministry, serving a number of churches in staff, stipend and volunteer roles in worship ministry. Dan has been married to his beautiful wife Erica for 12 years, and they have 3 amazing kids: Rowan, Isla and Josie.

Lea also served a decade and a half in our children's ministry prior to her staff role at Faith as well. She is passionate about creating a positive, engaging children's environment that brings kids to know and love Jesus, grow in their faith, and go out and share Him with others. Lea married her husband Mike in 2007. Mike is a high school business teacher, hockey coach, and golf coach. They have three precious, and very active girls: Norah, Neve, and Nella.
