ROB SNITKO
LEAD PASTOR

Rob joined the Faith Fellowship team in the Fall of 2020. Rob completed his Doctorate in Spiritual Formation and has a heart for people to truly connect with Jesus as they grow in their spiritual journey with him. His passion is for faithful, biblical preaching, that inspires people to follow Jesus authentically. He also desires for the local community to experience the love of God that is offered to them in Christ. Prior to pastoring Faith Fellowship, Rob served in various ministry roles overseeing small group ministries, student ministries, and connection teams in Chicago, IL. Rob has been married for over 10 years to his wife, Maggie. Rob and Maggie have 3 kids, Ryle, Liv, and Ever. Rob is an avid writer who has published in multiple academic journals and has recently published his new book, Kingdom Formation.


NATE SMITH
DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR

Nate moved to Marshfield in March of 2023 to join our staff. He and his family lived in Watertown, WI from 2000 to 2007 where Nate completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Maranatha Baptist Bible College. Since then, Nate has been involved in a wide variety of ministry roles, including positions as an Athletic Director, Coach, PE Teacher, and Bible Teacher at a Christian School in Colorado. In Grinnell, IA (his home town), he also led an FCA chapter ministering to College students and student athletes, served as a Police Chaplain, and founded a men’s ministry called Ox Strong. His heart is to see others begin to take steps forward in their relationship with the Lord and help empower them to be used by Him wherever He leads. Nate and his wife Karie have been married since August of 1995. They have six daughters, Taylar, Aubree, Kylie, Makenna, Shiloh, and Della; along with three granddaughters and one grandson. Nate is thrilled to serve as our Discipleship Pastor at Faith, as well as a chaplain at the Marshfield Police Dept. and the Marshfield Fire Dept.

We are thrilled to introduce Kyle Kann as our new Next Gen Pastor.  Kyle has been coming to Faith Fellowship for many years, marrying here, serving on the worship team and in our kids' ministries, helping to lead our youth, and even serving on the elder team as well. When God called Kyle into vocational ministry, he went back to school to pursue ministerial studies. He then began filling the pulpit for youth group and our worship & prayer services as well. No one knew where God would send him next. Who knew it would be here to Faith Fellowship! Kyle and his wife Angie have two precious girls, Grace and Mckenzie.  We are so excited to be able to welcome Kyle to our staff team and to begin this next chapter of ministry together!


DAN BORGO
WORSHIP ARTS

Dan moved to Marshfield from Northwest Indiana in 2019 to become our worship arts director and has a heart to cultivate life-transformational times of worship: to see God glorified, people drawn to Jesus, the Gospel placed on their hearts, and lives transformed in His name. He also brings with him a heart to raise up the next generation of worshippers and leverage his gifts in tech, graphic design, photography and videography for the kingdom of God. Before his time with us, Dan served a number of churches in staff, stipend and volunteer roles in worship ministry. Dan is married to his amazing wife, Erica, and they have 3 young children; Rowan, Isla and Josie.


NICK WORZELLA
TECH DIRECTOR

Having grown up in Steven’s Point, Nick is native to central WI. Nick comes from a church with a very similar past to Faith Fellowship's where he spent a decade faithfully serving in volunteer roles on their worship and tech teams. Nick brings with him some amazing giftings in digital media, IT, graphic design, music, audio and more. He is passionate about bettering the church to more effectively reach the community and the next generation. Nick also works as a coordinator for a DJ company and a manager at a custom arcade shop. In his spare time, Nick likes to make motion graphics for iPhones on his Pinterest page Glitch Live Wallpapers and manage his facebook group, Wisconsin Cats Enthusiasts Club. Welcome Nick! We are so excited to begin doing life and ministry together.


JOHNMARK PETERSON

JohnMark, his wife, Andrea, and their two children have been attending Faith Fellowship since 2006. As a member of the Business Operations Team, JohnMark served as volunteer treasurer for 5 years, and now he continues to use his gifts as part of our staff team. He also volunteers faithfully as our Sound Team leader while the rest of his talented family serves on our Worship Team. In the past, JohnMark has also served on the planning team for the current facility’s construction as well as several staff search teams.


DOT RALITZ

It has been a gift to have Dot with us since January of 2008 and she is our frontline smile when we walk into the church during the week! She enjoys using her gifts to administrate and communicate to the Faith Fellowship family and the greater community. Dot and her husband Scott formerly served as missionaries to Russia for 12 years, currently live in Spencer, and worship with our friends down the street at Center City Church.


Andy Laszewski
Custodian

Andy and his family started coming to Faith Fellowship in 2019. Andy grew up in Wausau, moved to Marshfield in 2011, and married his wife Sam in 2013. They have 2 beautiful children, Alison and Jetson. Alison can often be found with Dad helping around the church. Andy is an electrician by trade, and before becoming our custodian, Andy served faithfully on our cafe team, welcome team, and in our kids’ ministry as well. Andy is a humble and helpful servant-hearted guy, and we are very thankful everyday to have him!
