Parish Nursing is simply being there to help others. With today’s complex and often confusing healthcare issues and concerns, many people find it difficult to sort out and receive needed services. Some face pressing issues that must be faced on a daily basis, taking up all their strength and endurance.
The job of a parish nurse is to stand alongside and assist people at these times. These registered nurses encourage each individual’s physical, emotional, spiritual and social well being in the context of their relationship with God, family and neighbor.

Free Blood Pressure Checks
Our Parish Nursing ministry offers free blood pressure checks on the first Sunday of each month. If you would like your blood pressure checked, look for the banner by the office wing (to the left as you enter the front doors of the building) and Nancy, or one of her team, will be there to take your reading.
