Our Caregivers Support Group’s next meeting is on Tuesday, September 22nd from 6pm to 7:30pm. The goal of this group is to team with caregivers who are stressed out, overwhelmed, and feeling isolated. Caregivers Support Group is here to help relieve you of some of these stressors that maybe you've never been trained in or prepared for.

Dana Detwiler works for the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Taylor County. She has two roles - Dementia Care Specialist and Caregiver Coordinator. Both of these roles are primarily serving caregivers. At Caregivers, Dana will address some of the following...

Caregivers who are caring for a loved one who is experiencing dementia.

Caregivers who are taking care of elderly family members who are experiencing age-related frailty.

Caregivers of people with chronic illness like cancer or multiple sclerosis.

Caregivers of a family member with a disability.

Elderly caregivers who are caring for their grandkids.

There’s no cost for this meeting. Childcare is not provided.

Ladies, you're invited to join us for our new study, Sermon on the Mount, by Jen Wilkins!

Starts on Tuesday, September 22nd and goes through Tuesday, November 24th.

In His sweeping depiction of kingdom citizenship, Jesus utters some of the most familiar passages in all of Scripture. Most of us have only encountered the Sermon on the Mount in fragments, considering its subdivisions as complete teachings in their own right—a study on blessedness; a reflection on the Lord’s Prayer; a discussion of religious devotion, money, ambition, and relationships.  

What if we navigated these three chapters in Matthew as they were originally heard? What if we read them as one cohesive, well-ordered message, intended to challenge us to think differently about what it means to be a follower of Jesus?  

This 9-session Bible study will give you the opportunity to do just that. Come and learn from Jesus, just as His disciples did.

Cost is $25.00 per person.

Child dedications are a wonderful opportunity for families to take an intentional first step in discipling their children. Our next child dedication Sunday is September 20th at the 9am and 10:45am services. These celebrations, are for all families with babies or young children who are ready to make the public commitment to act as the primary disciple makers of their children. Let us come alongside, and celebrate with our church family, as you take on this tremendous task of raising your children to know, trust, love, follow, and serve Jesus.

Ethnic Meal and Worship Nights are BACK!!

On Friday, September 18th at 5:30 PM we will gather in Dianne Handrick's home to share a meal and spend time in worship and prayer after our meal. These are ALWAYS special nights. This time, her dear friends Bonnie and Terry Wanta are driving up from Madison to lead our worship time. Terry is a worship leader extraordinaire and Bonnie is an amazing woman of the Word. We will just head to Mexico for our meal and we're hoping for new faces, so get your Pinterest on and whip up a Mexican dish to pass. No need to bring huge amounts. Select a main dish, salad, side or dessert - your choice - and show up expecting a touch from the Lord as we Sabbath together with Him.

Yes, this Thursday, September 17th, our team will again be ready to serve you up a fresh cup of coffee and to pray with you, if you so desire. We believe in the power of prayer and we enjoy sipping on that dark, robust beverage in the morning. Maybe you’re on your way to work, just worked out at the Y, or dropped your kiddos off at school - no matter the situation, we’re here for you! Just stop by between 7:15am and 8:15am.  Who’s ready for school to start back up? Well, if that's you, then you won’t want to miss Sunday, August 23rd as we bless our kiddos during a special in-service moment as they head back into the school season. Students of all ages…bring your backpacks to church! We’ll take some time during both services, at 9am and at 10:45am, to bless and pray over you, and then you’ll receive a keychain that you can attach to your backpack to remind you that you are truly loved by Jesus, and by your church family.

If you're an adult follower of Christ, 55 years or older, and would like to get together with other Senior Saints, consider this your invitation to join us on Saturday, August 22nd at 11am here at Faith Fellowship. Bring a favorite fruit or vegetable salad or hot side dish and the church will supply the beef and rolls for sandwiches, as well as cookies for dessert. LET’S GO!

We want to be a church that gets outside our walls to love and serve our community and draw them to the Gospel. So on Sunday, August 16th, we are launching another FAITH IN ACTION SUNDAY. Immediately following a SINGLE brief 20 minute service at 10AM with a couple songs and a short devotion from Pastor Rob, we will break off into teams and disperse to various sites around Marshfield, worshipping God through the use of our hands and feet as we serve together out in our community.
