Events Coming Up @ Faith Fellowship
Ladies, join us for this new Gather Group that is meeting on Tuesday mornings from 8:30-10:30am! We are going through the 6 session study called The God You Need to Know by Margaret Feinberg.
This 6-session video Bible study guide (video access included) will change the way you interact with the Holy Spirit. Many of us jump to Acts 2 and Pentecost to understand the Spirit of God. But if you look closely, you'll find hints and delightful surprises throughout the entirety of Scripture as Holy Spirit works powerfully in unexpected places.
The God You Need to Know Bible Study Guide will deepen your relationship with the Holy Spirit as beloved Bible teacher Margaret Feinberg uncovers the Spirit's work throughout the Old Testament—in the lives of David, Gideon, Ezekiel, and others. With their stories as a guide, Margaret provides 12 practices to help you engage with the Spirit and experience a more vibrant faith life.
Study guides cost $20 each and childcare is available.
HONORING OUR FIREFIGHTERS & EMTS - SUNDAY APRIL 26th
SPECIAL OFFERING (April 12-26) - POTLUCK MEAL (April 26th)
On Sunday, April 26th, we will be setting aside time in both services to honor the firefighters and EMTs in our community. Then, immediately following our second service, we'll host a potluck in their honor in the Multi-Purpose Room and will have the opportunity to share a meal with them and let them know how much we appreciate them. If your last name begins with the letters A through I, please bring a dessert, if it’s J through R, bring an entree or casserole, and if it’s S through Z, bring a fruit or vegetable salad. Please join us as we celebrate these heroes in our community.
Also, want to bless our Firefighters & EMT’s with a personal gift from the Faith Fellowship family on the day we are setting aside to honor them. Therefore, from Sunday April 12th through the 26th, there will be a special offering box on the Welcome Table for collecting financial gifts for the purchasing of these special items. Designated offering envelopes are available by the offering box for your gift and checks can be made out to Faith Fellowship. If you're writing a check, please be sure to put in the memo line that the gift is for the Firefighters/EMTs offering.
Thank you so much for helping us give a special gift of appreciation to these valued community servants!
Starting Sunday, April 12th and going through Sunday, April 26th, we will be handing out and then collecting baby bottles for the Baby Bottle Campaign for the First Choice Pregnancy Resource Center! We’re excited to partner with them to help spread the love of Jesus to new parents in central Wisconsin through this unique fundraiser where “a little change...CHANGES LIVES!”
We encourage you to pick up a baby bottle at the table in the lobby on Sunday morning. Then, when you take it home and fill it throughout the week with coins, cash, or checks, you are helping First Choice PRC provide compassionate support and assistance to women and couples who are experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. Bring your filled bottle back to church on Sunday, April 19th or Sunday, April 26th.
Join us in making a positive impact on young families in our community! Thank you!!
MALE MENTORSHIP MINISTRY
In 2 Peter 3:18 we, as followers of Christ, are commanded to "grow in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."
This mentorship ministry in not one where you’ll be viewed as a project or an experiment, but rather as another brother striving to grow in your knowledge of the Lord. The goal is for men to come alongside each other and to be an encouragement throughout the journey. This could be in a large group setting with approximately 20 other men, it could be in a small group setting of 5 men or less, it could be a one-on-one setting between you and one of the leaders, or it could be a combination of the previously mentioned options. This is designed to meet you exactly where you are right now. The challenges will begin small, and the amount of times to meet are really up to you and your leader. You could meet once a week, every other week, or once a month. Any growth is worth celebrating.
Excited to see how God works through this ministry.

After the second service, we'll have volunteers helping to direct you outside as we clean up and prepare our church grounds for summer growth. Or, if you'd prefer, help us with some deep cleaning projects inside our building. Lunch will be provided. We could also use some extra wheelbarrows, so if you have one at home, please consider bringing that along as well.
There has been something very special about the city of Marshfield for a long time, and that has been the desire of our many diverse churches to partner across our community, collaborate together, and be united together under the cross of Jesus Christ. Although the ways that we do this may not always look the same, we agree that this is of utmost importance for our broader church community, and for our city as a whole.
For this reason, we ask you to join us for a night of Community Prayer & Praise on Thursday, May 7th, the National Day of Prayer, at 6:30pm. The service will be held at Cornerstone Community Church, just down the street from us on McMillan. Join with us and 8 other churches as we come together as one body to lift our voices in worship and seek the face of our God together in prayer... for our community, for our nation, and our world.
Let's continue this powerful legacy of unity and collaboration between churches all across Marshfield. What a testimony to the grace and hope that we have in Jesus!
See you May 7th at 6:30pm.
Child dedications are a wonderful opportunity for families to take an intentional first step in discipling their children. These celebrations, are for all families with babies or young children who are ready to make the public commitment to act as the primary disciple makers of their children. Let us come alongside, and celebrate with our church family, as you take on this tremendous task of raising your children to know, trust, love, follow, and serve Jesus.
Please click HERE to register by Sunday, April 26th and choose in which service on Sunday, May 10th, the 9:00am or the 10:45am one, that you’d like your child or children to be dedicated.
Baptism is the ultimate opportunity to make a public profession of your faith in Jesus Christ and your next chance to experience that is on Sunday, May 31st, at the 9am or at the 10:45am service! What a great way to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ! If interested, please be sure to submit your information to Pastor Nate at nate@faithfellowship.life or contact the church office. We can't wait to walk with you through this important next step in your faith journey.
