LET’S GO!
On Sunday, August 13th, something new and exciting is coming. We want to be a church that gets outside our walls to love and serve our community and draw them to the Gospel. So, we are launching FAITH IN ACTION SUNDAYS. On August 13th, immediately following a brief 15 minute service with one song and a short devotion from Pastor Rob, we will break off into teams and disperse to various sites in Marshfield, worshipping God through the use of our hands and feet as we serve together in our community. Childcare here at the church will be available through age 5, but families with children can choose to serve together as well.
We’ll be taking teams to serve at the following locations and here’s what we’ll be doing at each one:
NEW GROUP JUST ADDED!! Ronald McDonald House: Outdoors - weeding, yard clean up, 1st floor window washing/Indoors - playroom cleaning & disinfecting, cleaning toys, & check for broken toys. 6 PEOPLE NEEDED
Marshfield Fire Department: Make and serve meal to staff, connect with and encourage them (menu & meal ingredients provided by Faith Fellowship). 1 MORE PERSON NEEDED
Prayer Walk Team: Walk along McMillan Street & pray, go to various sites around Marshfield to walk and pray for our community. 25 MORE PEOPLE NEEDED
Shirley’s House of Hope: Landscaping, weeding, trimming bushes and possibly toy cleaning. Bring your own outdoor work gloves. THIS GROUP IS FULL
The Hannah Center: Garage and Caring Closet organization & cleaning, bring your own gloves for household cleaning. THIS GROUP IS FULL
Marshfield Police Department: Make and serve meal to staff, connect with and encourage them (menu & meal ingredients provided by Faith Fellowship). THIS GROUP IS FULL
Braem Park: Clean up litter and brush at the park. Bring your own outdoor work gloves and plastic bags for garbage. THIS GROUP IS FULL
Marshfield High School: Clean up litter around parking lot, tennis courts, and school grounds. Bring outdoor work gloves and plastic bags for garbage. THIS GROUP IS FULL

For those who cannot go out with a team into the community due to health or mobility issues, a time of prayer will be set up in the worship center as well.
After we've all served at the different sites, we'll come back together at the church for our ANNUAL CHURCH PICNIC.
