LET’S GO!
We want to be a church that gets outside our walls to love and serve our community and draw them to the Gospel. So on Sunday, August 16th, we are launching another FAITH IN ACTION SUNDAY. Immediately following a SINGLE brief 20 minute service at 10AM with a couple songs and a short devotion from Pastor Rob, we will break off into teams and disperse to various sites around Marshfield, worshipping God through the use of our hands and feet as we serve together in our community.
Nearly all of our projects are family-friendly. Those that are limited to adult volunteers only will be noted. Below is a partial list of projects that our teams we have done in the past.
Marshfield High School & Madison Elementary School - Clean up trash on school grounds
Marshfield Parks - Weeding and cleaning up litter
Personal Development Center - Weeding, power washing, playground clean-up, wiping down items & organizing books
Prayer Walk Team - Praying in downtown Marshfield
Childcare will be available for kids 0-3yrs old, but families with kids that are 4+ are encouraged to bring them with to help serve at one of the many family-friendly project sites.
